At Bijoro, every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our facility. We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment facility.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

Free Shipping on All Orders

All Bijoro orders ship free of charge within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Shipping Methods

We use the following carriers to deliver your order:

  • UPS — Our primary shipping carrier for all standard addresses. All UPS shipments include full tracking and insurance coverage.
  • USPS — Used for deliveries to PO Boxes. USPS shipments also include tracking information.

All Bijoro orders are fully insured. Because of the value of our products, every shipment requires a signature upon delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Estimated delivery windows are:

  • UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
  • USPS (PO Box deliveries): 5–7 business days

Typical delivery time for U.S. orders is approximately 4–7 business days including processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Bijoro is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has left our facility.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@bijoro.com.

International Shipping

At this time, Bijoro ships primarily within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in a Bijoro piece, please contact us at support@bijoro.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All Bijoro shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@bijoro.com.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. Depending on the outcome, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Please note that Bijoro is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
